Two Levels, One Story
Lower Level
Step in through full-height pink-framed arched glass doors that flood the room with forest light. The lower level is a generously sized living and sleeping space featuring warm terracotta tile floors, whitewashed exposed stone walls, and a vaulted pine wood ceiling with soft LED cove lighting that glows like a mountain sunrise.
At the heart of the room is a luxurious king bed dressed in crisp white linen with embroidered cushions and a floral bed runner — framed by a rich leather headboard and a bold original painting that commands the wall. Flanking the bed on the right is a long live-edge wooden console with a Smart TV, flanked by natural branch pillars that give the room a distinctly organic, forest cabin character.
Beyond the bed, the room opens into a spacious 6-person seating area with plush rust-toned sofas, cushions, a coffee table, and a dedicated work desk — making this equally suited for families, couples, or those working remotely from the hills.
Walk through to the private wooden deck balcony — your most prized possession. Elevated above the treeline, with tall Deodar and Pine trees standing sentinel and an unobstructed view of the Lal Tibba forest and distant Mussoorie mountains, this is where you'll spend your mornings and evenings. A chair sits here, simply waiting.
A Balcony That Belongs to the Mountains
Step out through the full-length glass doors onto the shared wooden deck balcony — a generous open-air terrace running along the first floor, shared by the four Chakra Attic Suites. Elevated above the property's lower levels, this is where the real magic of Landour reveals itself. Tall Deodar and Pine trees rise up to meet you at eye level, their canopies swaying gently in the mountain breeze. Straight ahead, the dense Lal Tibba forest rolls into the horizon, with the faint outline of the Mussoorie hills fading softly into the sky. A chair sits at your doorstep — pull it out, pour your morning chai, and let the valley do the rest. Whether you're watching the sunrise burn gold through the trees or counting stars on a clear Himalayan night, this balcony is not just an amenity — it is the heart of the experience.
Upper Level — The Attic Loft
Climb 10 open wooden stairs to discover the most intimate space in the suite — the attic loft bedroom. Tucked under a dramatic A-frame pine wood roof with whitewashed brick walls and triangular timber trusses, this space has the cosy magic of a treehouse. A **double bed** sits nestled beneath the pitched ceiling on a botanical-print area rug, with warm ambient lighting and a portable fan keeping the air comfortable. This loft is ideal for a couple seeking seclusion, or as a second sleeping space for children.
Please note: The staircase to the attic loft is open (no door), so both levels share the same natural air flow. The attic loft does not have a TV or separate washroom.
The Bathroom
The attached bathroom on the lower level serves both floors and is a designer space in its own right — clad in richly toned stone mosaic walls in shades of burgundy, slate, and rust, with patterned floor tiles. Features include a wall-mounted WC with hand shower, a vessel basin on a natural wood vanity, a large backlit round LED mirror, magnifying mirror, hair dryer, and geyser for hot water. Shower curtain enclosed wet area.
